Relating to appropriating Seven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($7,350.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of any funds in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated to pay the salaries of the three District Judges of the Special District Courts for Smith County, Rusk County and Gregg County.
