Relating to amending certain Acts providing for the appropriation and allocation of funds from the clearance Fund to (1) the Blind Assistance Fund, (2) the Children Assistance Fund, and (3) the Old Age Assistance Fund; appropriating said funds for the remainder of the fiscal year ending August 31, 1945, and beginning with the first day of the month after the effective date of this Act.
