Relating to declaring the policy of the State of Texas toward the perpetuation of the Texas Bighorn Mountain Sheep, declaring the purpose of the Legislature to authorize the purchase of not to exceed 12 sections of privately owned, and not to exceed 8 sections of Public School lands in Culberson and Hudspeth counties.
