Relating to amending certain Acts fixing amount of bond of guardian of ward, providing for payment, conditions and approval of bond of guardian, prescribing duties of judge with reference to such bond and making the judge liable for damage for failure to use reasonable diligence in the discharge of his duties, and to repeal all laws in conflict herewith.
