SB 319, 39th R.S.

Relating to creating the Golden Independent School District in Wood County, Texas; describing said district created by metes and bounds, providing a board of trustee therefor, vesting said school district and board of trustees with all the rights, powers, privileges and duties conferred upon independent school districts incorporated under the General Laws of Texas, providing for an election to determine whether or not said district shall assume and pay outstanding bonds of the territory therein embraced and levy a tax therefor.
