Relating to amend a certain Act further providing and authorizing the Judge of the County Court, Wichita County, at Law, to appoint an official shorthand reporter for the County Court, Wichita County, at Law, and also fixing and providing for and specifying the manner of payment of the compensation for the official shorthand reporter of the County Court, Wichita County, at Law.
