SB 257, 36th R.S.

Relating to amending certain statute relating to the right of eminent domain of railways so as to provide that if any railroad corporation be unable to agree with the owner for the purchase of any real estate, or the material thereon, required for the purpose of its incorporation or the transaction of its business, etc., such corporation may acquire such property in the manner provided by law.
