Relating to amending certain articles relating to fixing a special lien in favor of hotels, inns and boarding houses and providing a remedy for the enforcing of said lien by advertising and selling the baggage and other property of the guests of such hotel, inn, or boarding house, providing for the disposition of the proceeds of said sale, defining the term hotel and inn.
