SB 390, 35th R.S.
Relating to amending an Act entitled "an Act to provide for the establishment and maintenance of a State Training School upon the cottage plan for dependent and delinquent girls in Texas," and making it an offense to persuade, coerce or employ any inmate of such institution, or any home selected by the authorities thereof for any girl committed to such institution, to leave such institution or home, and making it an offense to aid, advise, encourage or furnish means for any inmate to escape from said institution or to aid or facilitate such escape, or to hide or conceal any inmate after she has escaped, and providing for punishment therefor.
