Relating to Tarrant county road law; providing for the raising of the salaries of county commissioners of said county from two thousand ($2,000.00) dollars to twenty-four hundred ($2400.00) per annum, and making it the duty of said commissioners to furnish their own conveyance while performing the duties of road commissioner and defray the expense of up-keep the same.
