Relating to incorporating and creating the Fulbright Independent School District in Red River County, Texas, for free public school purposes only, defining its boundaries, and providing for the election of a board of trustees for the raising of revenue by taxation, issuing of bonds for raising money for building purposes, and maintaining public free schools therein, vesting the property including within this said Fulbright Independent School District, and vesting said district and board of trustees thereof with all the rights, powers, privileges and duties conferred and imposed by general laws upon independent school districts, and the board of trustees thereof, formed by the incorporation of towns and villages for free school purposes only under the general law, declaring valid a maintenance tax heretofore voted.
