Relating to amending a certain Statute authorizing Confederate pensioners to make affidavit or in lieu thereof statement in the presence of two creditable witnesses that are in no wise related to the applicant as to his or her right to collect pensions under the law of this State, and authorizing said witnesses to make the affadavit.
