Relating to conferring certain powers on the commissioners court of Harrison County, and authorizing said court, under such regulations as it may prescribe, to appropriate and use any sum or sums of money, not more than one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars per year, for co-operative home demonstration work on the farm, including the organization and conducting of home canning clubs among the wives and daughters of farmers in said county along the same lines as this work is or may be conducted by the United States Department of Agriculture, and prescribing that they may conduct such work jointly in said county with the agents and representatives of the United States Department of Agriculture upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the agents of the Department of Agriculture and the commissioners court.
