SB 297, 33rd R.S.
Relating to making it a criminal offense, punishable by fine, for any person in this State, pursuing the business or occupation of a peddler, hawker or itinerant vendor of goods, wares and merchandise, to willfully refuse to leave the premises owned or leased by another, after being requested by the person, or agent of the person, owning or in possession of such premises, to leave such premises.
