Relating to defining certain classes of indemnity contracts, prescribing regulations therefor, fixing a license fee, setting forth a penalty for violations of this Act, and prescribing terms under which the Commissioner of Insurance and Banking may reject any applications made hereunder, or may revoke same after it has been granted.
