SB 275, 32nd R.S.
Relating to providing for the establishment and maintenance of a home for the indigent wives and widows of disabled Confederate soldiers and sailors who entered the Confederate service from Texas, to authorize the appointment of a board of managers for said home, and to prescribe their powers and duties, to make an appropriation for the purpose of establishing said home, and for its maintenance and support.
