Relating to amending an Act creating the Sixth Supreme Judicial District of Texas, and to create the Seventh and Eighth Supreme Judicial Districts of Texas, and to provide for the organization of a Court of Civil Appeals within the Seventh Supreme Judicial District of Texas, and to providing for the organization of a Court of Civil Appeals within the Eighth Supreme Judicial District of Texas.
