Relating to providing for the regulation and supervision of banking corporations; providing for the securing of depositors of such corporations; providing for a depositors guaranty fund, and fixing the terms by which banks and trust companies may avail their depositors of the benefits of said fund; providing for penalties for the violation of this Act.
