Relating to creating the Deport Independent School District in Lamar county, Texas, defining its boundaries, providing for the election of a board of trustees to manage and control the public free schools within said district, investing said district with the rights, powers, privileges and duties of a town or village incorporated for free school purposes only under the general laws.
