Relating to creating the Texas Library and Historical Commission, setting forth the purposes of the said Library and Historical Commission, defining its powers and duties, repealing Article 2805 of the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, amending Article 2806, and in general repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act.
