HB 18, 30th R.S.
Relating to appropriating five thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for use by the Railroad Commission of Texas to defray the expense of any extra labor, traveling or other necessary expenses in preparing the defense of the Railroad Commission in the suits now pending in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Texas, wherein certain railroad companies are suing to enjoin the enforcement of orders reducing their rates.
