HB 14, 30th R.S.

Relating to authorizing the city council of all cities and towns incorporated under the General Laws of this State to regulate the charges and fix the rates to be charged by all water companies, or persons engaged in supplying water, gas and light to the public within the limits of said cities and towns, and occupying the streets and other public places for that purpose, and prescribing reasonable rules and regulations therefor, and protecting said companies and corporations or persons from imposition.
