Relating to permit any insurance company organized and doing business on the mutual plan under the laws of any State of the United States insuring against loss or damage resulting from burglary, robbery or any attempt thereat, and also insuring against the loss of money and securities in transportation where shipped by registered mail, to do business in the State of Texas.
