SB 212, 25th R.S.
Relating to providing a penalty for the failure or refusal of any president, vice-president or cashier of a national bank to furnish the tax assessor or deputy tax assessor a correct statement of the assets and liabilities of the national bank of which such person is president, vice-president or cashier.
