Relating to amending a previous Act, making it the duty of the Board of Control or such agency as at any time may have the responsibility to prescribe rules for correctional discipline at Gatesville State School for Boys, Gatesville State School for Girls and all other such institutions; prescribing penalties; enacting other provisions relating to the subject.
