Relating to defining the term private lender and the term loan agent; prohibiting a loan agent from acting as the agent of a borrower in securing certain policies of insurance; providing that no recovery may be had in any court for indebtedness unless the private lender and/or loan agent shall make an affidavit in writing setting forth the details of the transaction; providing for the maximum fee or commission which may be charged by loan agents.
