Relating to authorizing and empowering the State Board of Education to allocate funds to be used in the purchase, distribution and supervision of the use of instructional aids and materials such as sound or silent films, projectors, screens, slides, stereoscopes, stereographs, film strips and records; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act; providing that the partial invalidity of this Act shall not affect other parts hereof.
