HB 361, 50th R.S.
Relating to granting to certain navigation districts, having a boundary coincident with any part of the international boundary, use of certain waters or lands; providing that his Act shall be cumulative of all existing laws upon the subject of this Act; providing that if any section, word, phrase, clause or sentence in this Act shall be declared unconstitutional for any reason, the remainder of the Act shall not be affected thereby.
