HB 46, 51st 1st C.S.
Relating to providing that neither the State nor any political subdivision or agency thereof shall take official notice of any Federal Decennial Census, or any part thereof, before the 10th day after the also day of the regular session of the Legislature next following the calendar year during which the census is taken, and that said census shall then be recognized on such day as official by the State and the political subdivisions and agencies thereof, but not before.
