SB 462, 51st R.S.
Relating to authorizing all incorporated cities of more than 50,000 population, according to the last preceding Federal Census, owning gas distribution systems, to issue revenue bonds to acquire certain public buildings and the necessary sites therefor; providing this Act shall be cumulative of other laws but shall prevail over other laws in conflict; containing a saving clause.
