SB 90, 51st R.S.
Relating to providing that any county in Texas having an elective County Superintendent of Public Instruction may by an election authorize the County School Trustees of the county to appoint the County Superintendent of Public Instruction; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act.
