SB 204, 51st R.S.
Relating to requiring all section, bridge and building, and maintenance of way motor cars operated by any railroad in this State to be equipped with electric headlamps and rear lamps; providing if any section, sentence clause shall be declared invalid, other sections or parts of this Act shall not be affected hereby; providing a penalty.
