SB 176, 51st R.S.
Relating to making it unlawful to drive or operate any motor or other vehicle upon any beach in the State at a rate of speed in excess of twenty-five (25) milers per hour during the daytime and in excess of twenty (20) miles per hour during the nighttime, or at any time while the operator of such vehicle is intoxicated; providing for arrest without warrant for such violations; defining beach and providing the penalty.
