HB 872, 51st R.S.
Relating to providing that the Commissioners' Court in counties which comprise a part of two judicial districts, each of which districts consist of four and the same four counties, which four counties have a combined population of not less than 116,000 according to the last preceding Federal Census, may allow the district Clerk, County Judge, Tax Collector and Assessor, County Treasurer, County Attorney, County Clerk and County Commissioners, certain mileage allowances while using automobiles personally owned by said officers either in or outside of the county while on official business.
