HB 401, 51st R.S.
Relating to amending a previous Act, providing that the commissioners court in each county may pay the actual travel expense of any county officer incurred while traveling both outside the county and in the county on official county business and further providing that when said county officer uses an automobile personally owned by him, said officer shall be paid not less than 6 cents per mile more more than 10 cents per mile for each mile traveled in the performance of the official duties of his office and providing further that all compensation paid under the provisions of this Act shall be upon a sworn statement of such officers.
