HB 486, 51st R.S.
Relating to providing for liability on the part of fire, fire and marine, marine, tornado, rent accident, casualty, liability, health, elevator, disability, plate glass, burglary, surety, or fidelity insurance companies for damages and attorney fees for failure to pay damages within ninety (90) days; providing this Act shall be severable.
