Relating to amending an Article by adding thereto a provision that where a person is a candidate to succeed himself in an office he holds (either by election or appointment) the request to have his name placed on the official ballot for a general primary shall state that he is then holding the office and is a candidate to succeed himself, and also adding a provision that if the candidate seeks an office then held by him (either by election or appointment), the certificate from the chairman of the State committee to the county chairmen shall include the words "For Reelection" immediately following his name and county of residence.
