HB 121, 51st R.S.
Relating to provide that all civilian employees of the Adjutant General's Department of the State of Texas and who are paid from Federal funds shall be considered as employees of the Adjutant General's Department and may become members of the "Employee's Retirement System of Texas," upon payment of a portion of their salary to the State of Texas.
