Proposing an amendment fixing the terms of office of certain constitutional officers at four years; providing that the Governor and Lieutenant Governor may not succeed themselves; providing that certain constitutional officers may not, during their terms of office, become candidates for other State or Federal office except in certain cases; providing that the Legislature set the salaries of certain constitutional officers.
