Relating to making it unlawful to sell by means of a vending machine, or expose for sale by a vending machine, any drug, prophylactic, or medicinal preparation, or any rubber appliance or device commonly known as a condom or prophylactic rubber, or any animal membrane appliance or device commonly known as a fish-skin or lamb-skin, or any appliance or preparation, any of which is intended, or has a special utility, for the prevention of venereal diseases, or any of which is intended for, or is capable of being used as a contraceptive, providing punishment for violations of this act.
