Relating to amending the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways so as to require that certain vehicles be equipped with signal lamps or mechanical signal devices; requiring the giving of stop or turn signals by a signal lamp or lamps or mechanical signal devices approved by the Texas Department of Public Safety in the operation of certain motor vehicles or motor vehicle combinations under certain conditions.
