HB 383, 52nd R.S.
Relating to requiring building permits in counties having a population in excess of seven hundred thousand (700,000), according to the last preceding Federal Census, for the building, erection or construction of any building or other structures or improvements to any existing structure and for the moving of buildings; excluding buildings or structures located within the corporate limits of any incorporated city or town from the provisions of this Act; providing for the issuance of permits by the tax collector; providing a fee for permits; making the violation of this Act a misdemeanor and fixing penalties.
