Relating to amending certain acts by authorizing the State Highway Commission to fix the maximum gross weight of vehicle and load as well as the maximum axle and wheel loads to be transported or moved on, over or along any Farm to Market or Ranch to Market road under the jurisdiction of the State Highway Commission at less than the maximums herebefore fixed by law, under certain circumstances, upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation; providing a penalty for violation of this Act.
