Relating to amending certain acts providing that the number of members on the Board of Public Accounting be raised from five (5) to nine (9) members; providing for the appointment of members of said board, and prescribing their qualifications, powers and duties regulating the practice of Public Accountancy in Texas; providing for the issuance of annual permits to practice Public Accountancy, providing for the examination and re-examination of and issuance of the Certificate of Certified Public Accountant to qualified applicants; providing for penalties for violating the provisions of this Act.
