Relating to changing the name of the East Texas State Teachers college, at Commerce, in Hunt County, to the "East Texas State College"; providing a changed meaning of the name, "East Texas State Teachers College", or any reference thereto, wherever such name or reference appears in the Revised Statutes of Texas, 1925, or any amendments thereto, or in any Acts of the Legislature, passed since the adoption of a governing board to be appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate.
