HB 240, 52nd R.S.
Relating to authorizing Commissioners Courts in counties having a population of not less than twenty-one thousand, seven hundred and fifty (21,750) nor more than twenty-one thousand, nine hundred (21,900) in habitants, according to the last preceding or any future Federal census, and in which there is located no Court of Civil Appeals, to provide for, maintain and establish a county law library; providing for the taxing of costs in civil cases, with certain exceptions, to provide fund for such libraries and for administration of such fund.
