Relating to providing that a minor child or children be given a cause of action for damages suffered as a result of the wrongful dissolution of marriage or destruction of the family circle resulting from the wrongful act of a parent or parents and a third person or persons; providing for a cause of action by a minor child or children against a third person or persons for damages suffered as a result of said third person or persons knowingly and wrongfully causing a dissolution of marriage or a destruction of the family circle.
