HB 12, 52nd R.S.

Relating to providing for liens in favor of persons, firms and corporations furnishing storage facilities and wrecker services upon vehicles which are removed to a garage or lot and stored there or which are left at a garage or lot for storage either at the request of the owner or at the request by same person legally authorized by the owner; providing no lien of record shall be affected and such garage or storage lien shall be inferior to any previous lien on record with the Certificate of Title Sections of the Highway department.
