HB 53, 52nd R.S.

Relating to amending certain Acts regulating the length of motor vehicles, etc, when operated outside the limits of an incorporated city or town; regulating the gross weight of commercial motor vehicles, etc, when operated outside the limits of an incorporated city or town and limiting the weight which may be carried on any wheel, tire or axle of such vehicles or combinations thereof; providing that the total gross weight with load on any such vehicle or combination thereof shall not exceed Seventy-Two Thousand (72,000) pounds; providing penalties for the violation of the provisions of this Act.
