Relating to providing for the use, operation and management by the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission under its rules and regulations of land acquired by said Commission, including in such management authority to make disposition of timber and other plants and crops, make tenancy of rental agreements, sell or lease certain mineral rights, including restriction to directional drilling on fish hatchery land, grant certain rights-of-way or easements, when such disposals, sales and leases shall not adversely affect or will be beneficial to game and fish protection.
